Head of Business Intelligence
Contribute in the commercial business strategy development with the knowledge and insights from the business analysis and reporting.
Develop DBMS strategies, data modeling roadmap, new data source integration plan, resource & skill development plan. Short term and long term strategy development with the objective to generate customer insights based on data analysis and identifying new revenue opportunities, Managing reporting & analytics for the organization and supporting decision making by generation of Regular Analysis;
Plan and ensure to acquire, store and update all critical customer data in an organized manner for business intelligence team, supervise and monitor data backup, server storage and set priority for data upload and offload and ensure development of automated process, job functions or techniques for quick analysis
Contribute to data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies and make recommendations on data mining process and guide application developers/data analyst to extract data relevant for analysis;
Ensure Preparation of various reports and monitor market wise (B2C/ B2B -Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity & behavior
Develop, validate and guide preparation of reports and analysis on a regular basis; introduce new analysis modality, validate with the head of unit and implement accordingly to generate quality reports; receive and understand requirements from the management or different stakeholders and finalize the analysis or reports for submission; monitor industry’s current offers, activity, usage trend, customer retentions and recommend action plan.
Ensure implementation of network experience measurement models such as CEM to proactively identify the issues of silent customers through KPI analysis for each customer and evaluate customer network experience with Banglalink network
Ensure proactive monitoring of the business KPIs, product performance and voice of customers. Understand business objectives, questions and problems, analyze the business data, forming new relations and derivations as necessary and extracting the maximum amount of valid information content from the multidimensional analyses and obtaining and presenting the business insight with recommendations.
Guide on bringing business insights on customer profitability, revenue growth, channel performance, competitors’ performance, product/ offer performance, digital initiatives and customer behavior.
