Position : Head of Institutional Sales
Achieve sales target through proper sales planning, market analysis and setting sales strategies.
Ensure sourcing of potential tender information.
Asses scope of all tenders.
Monitor purchased tender schedule.
Evaluate risk of each tender.
Co-ordinate with supply chain department for supply of products.
Monitor delivery of products after within tender to respective institute.
Follow up bill submission process, ensure bill adjustments and all collections
Liaise with all respective institution and increase customer bucket
Ensure after sales service as per contract
Co-ordinate with contractors for selling SSG product and collection of bill.
Analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance;
Comply with all company policies, procedures, business ethics, and codes of conduct
