Job Description / Responsibility

Recruitment, Selection & Placement.
Salary, Wages, pay scale, increment, allowances etc.
Employees' Performance Evaluation.
Periodical reporting on HR status
Training needs assessment.
Developing HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
General Administration, Policy Update.
Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
Maintaining of administrative/other related documents.
Development of proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff and workers.
Maintain all personal files and carry out monthly cross Check. Maintain register separately for leave, new employees, insurance, maternity, inter-transfer, show cause, warning and discharge.
Any other task assign by top Management.
