  • Sound knowledge from problem identification to research design and implementation

  • Outstanding report writing and presentation skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel, and other database software
  • Excellent proficiency in Bengali and English communication in verbal and written form
  • Commendable analytical skills and result oriented attitude

Business Intelligence Manager

Job Description:
Initiate and design all research projects of the company, like - content, readership, product evaluation and development, brand and communication assessment, media research etc.
Drive and shape the MIS backbone of the company keeping liaising between various business departments with IT and ERP teams in accordance to company objective
Plan and initiate feasibility studies for new product, ideas and business projects
Analyze competition and market trends and disseminate findings through insight reports and presentation to important stakeholders
Cut through the clutter and discover as well as pursue the things that would deliver the most value to the company and its products
Drive research findings towards implementation through marketing, advertisement, circulation and content teams
Manage research agencies and research budget
Manage and guide junior team members in their day to day activities
