Job Description/ Responsibility

Ensure final selection and enrollment of learners for BRAC institute of Skills Development (BRAC- ISD)
Monitor the promotional and marketing activities, conducted at the field level to reinforce the learner collection process
Ensure collection of admission fees from learners before certification
Regularly monitor learner attendance, preventing learner dropouts and ensuring graduation
Oversee and monitor the day to day activities of Marketing Associates at the field level
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need
