Job Context

Job Description/ Responsibility

Analyse the demand and supply situations of international labor market to explore overseas employment opportunities
Maintain liaison with private recruiting agencies
Build rapport with district level DEMO office as well as with other government bodies/ agencies, associated to overseas employment process
linkup between interested BRAC-ISD graduates and recruiting agencies, leveraging the support from BRAC Migration programme
Assist to promote safe labor migration practices in collaboration with relevant stakeholder's e.g. BMET, BOESL and Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need
