Job Description/ Responsibility

Identify and select potential partner organisation for providing industrial attachment
Analyse market demand for local and overseas employment, identifying the potential training courses for BRAC - ISD based on employers demand
Ensure job placement for BRAC-ISD graduates, developing partnership with private sector employers
linkup between interested BRAC-ISD graduates and recruiting agencies, leveraging the support from BRAC Migration programme
Maintain regular communication and following up BRAC-ISD graduates
Establish network with different industry specific associations, government bodies, etc.
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need
