Requirement:
  • Age 30 to 35 year(s)
  • Should have at least 3 to 5 years' experience in legal practice in high Court.
  • The applicants should have experience in the area of legal practice.
  • The applicants should have the ability to handle pressure.
  • Job location Mainly Dhaka but should have the mentality to travel anywhere in Bangladesh to support survivors.
  • Fluency both in Bengali & English.
  • Should have good computer knowledge on basic Computer skill in Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Excel.

Job Description / Responsibility

Identify issues for filing PILs
Collect documents and data/information for filing PIL
Assist to Draft case petitions
Assist the panel Lawyer in conducting cases
Appear before the High Court if necessary
Follow up and Maintain pending cases
Assist to Conduct Legal Research
Organize /Attend meeting , Seminar, Workshop and rally
Assist to prepare Monthly /E.C /Six Months and Annual Donors reports
Maintain liaison with the Panel Lawyers and provide them ASK instructions
