Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate qualification (minimum business graduate, preferably MBA) from a reputed recognized national/ international institute.

 

Experience:
  • 15-18 years' experience of Sales and Marketing in FMCG/related industry.
  • Experience in senior management capacity in a multinational company, especially Leading a large sales or marketing organization.
  • Hands-on experience of working in new age FMCG channels like modern retail and e-commerce.

 

Requirement:

Chief Operating Officer
If you are an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with passion, then this could be a position for you.
We are looking for:

A dynamic and seasoned Sales and Marketing professional, who can independently manage the end-to-end delivery of business.

Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer (COO) will work with functional heads in the country and regional organization while being responsible for end-to-end management of business including business growth, profitability, marketing, category and brand management and business planning.

Sales and Customer Development team (including trade marketing team) will directly report to COO and Marketing in dotted line shall report to this position also. The Supply Chain, Finance and HR teams wilt partner this position. The COO will report to the Chairman and Managing Director. His/her responsibilities include:

Work with senior executives and lead end-to-end strategy formulation, annual business plans, marketing and sales strategy and execution.
Lead the customer development initiatives, along with route to market strategy and distribution design.
Work with regional and global stakeholders to develop category and brand strategies.
Lead the end-to-end innovation cycle and planning.
