Job Description / Responsibility

The primary responsibility of the role is to develop and execute loyalty programs of Cards Business by developing and incorporating new and stimulating existing business activities in efficient and effective manner. The role is also responsible for designing and improving the reward program of cards and ensures development of segmented strategic alliance as reward program partners.
Assist in development of reward program(s) and ensure proper positioning
Regular monitoring of market trend & effective data mining
Assure development of segmented strategic alliance as reward program partners
Ensure effective customer communication through marketing initializes
Ensure efficient portfolio management
