Job Detail:

Regional Head - B2C 

Major Responsibilities

Develop and direct the implementation of an operational distribution strategy for the commercial region through effective and efficient management of the financial resources, distributors and their sales forces
Lead and guide ZMs in selecting, appointing and developing professional distributors as long term business partners to meet the challenges of the dynamic and changing business environment and analyze the channel partners’ (i.e. Distributors & Retailers) profitability and recommend necessary activities to ensure a competitive ROI to keep them motivated and committed in driving the BL’s business
Contribute to campaign evaluation in accordance with changing trading and consumer environment to support the formulation of national Trade Marketing strategy
Provide guidance and support to team for effective planning of robust implementation of national product/tariff campaigns and promotional programs for Mass Market & Business segment (i.e. PCO)
Correspond with Distribution Marketing to attain overall channel promotions strategy and with Trade Marketing team to receive information on particular new Trade promotions for disbursement to Supervisor for discussion and finalization and consequently to RSMs for execution
Direct the ZMs in efficient allocation of stock, merchandising materials and budget as per national direction and regional objectives and lead the RSMs in execution of special initiatives related to BTS/ network establishment in region such as executing programs to increase retailer awareness in the area
