Job Description / Responsibility
Ensure discipline and regular (daily) floor visit to ensure the productivity of staffs.
Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Succession Planning.
Maintain & update employee database, prepare and submit reports to Management.
Manpower Planning, Change Management and Developing Organization Culture.
ER, IR and Grievance Handling, Conflict management, Control the over staffing, Assessing risks.
Team Management and Training, orientation.
Performance Management System (PMS), Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
Maintain salary report, Employee benefits and employee separation.
Salary and organizational hierarchy structure designing.
HR policy & regulations follow up and update.
Operational and development activities including health and safety.
Act as Strategic HR Business Partner and Consultant for planning / development.
