Job Location: Head Office

Job Description / Responsibility

Formulate the brand's long-term strategy, Develope and Execute marketing plans aligned with Sales and Marketing
Research on consumer markets, Monitor market trends and Identify potential areas to strengthen brand in the market
Prepare branding plan for quarterly / half-yearly /yearly promotional strategy according to the organizational goal and implement them along with proper monitoring
Coordinate among RND, Marketing, Production and Graphic Design departments for proper implementation of promotional plan
Participate in different book fairs and organize events/campaigns for promoting image
Maintain liaison with Print & Electronic Media, Advertising Agencies, Event Management Firms, Market Research Agencies, etc.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management
