Job Description / Responsibility

Effectively Order executive through ERP System
Build an active relationship with customers
Build Strong relationship with sales Executives and sales team to provide better service to customers
Handle all documentation which is relevant for sales (Such as Quotations, price requisition, LC and other relevant documents) arrange by coordinating with commercial department.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Improvement of collection and coordination with relevant parties
Delivery coordination
