Job Context

To assist the Head of HR & Admin in the full spectrum of administration & human resource management related functions.

Job Description / Responsibility

Applicant will be responsible to look after day to day administrative & HR activities.
To ensure efficient office management and logistic support for each department.
Check all kinds bills including TA & DA in compliance to laid down policies and processes for executing efficient and effective operation.
Ensuring good housekeeping and maintenance related activities.
To ensure run the vehicle system efficiently of the company.
To coordinate with factory admin during buyers & auditors visit for all kinds of logistic support.
To expedite recruitment activities based on manpower planning.
Keep and maintain daily record of employee attendance & leaves of corporate office.
To conducts, co-ordinates and supervises all kinds of training sessions and courses of the department Heads and supervisors.
Ensure the general orientation during the introduction of new employees.
Conduct employee performance appraisal system effectively and efficiently.
