Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare & update organogram, manpower planning, getting manpower requisition, posting job advertisement, short listing CV, getting schedule from department heads, and conduct interviews to onboard manpower within time frame
Ensure JDs, posting area, area coverage and monthly target are set before placement
Coordinate training program, logistic support & sitting arrangement for new & existing employees
Update and maintain employees' database of Head Office, Field force and Factory
Conduct exit interviews to identify the reason of resignation
Analysis attrition to measure employee turnover rate
Handle grievance to identify and reduce dissatisfaction of employees
Review performance of employees and announce employee of the month
Process performance appraisal based on KPI
Prepare and update policies and SOP
Execute transfer, disciplinary cases, dismissal and termination process
