Position: Deputy Assistant Manager, Training

Department: Admin & HR

Job Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying training needs of employees by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans.
Day to day develop training methods, handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
Arrange in house training program and deliver training courses.
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipments.
Maintain liaison with different training provider institutions and find out suitable training for employees.
Assess effectiveness of training and find out impact of training on employee skills.
