Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with the clients of concerned post and collect clients’ feedback report.
Provide best support according clients’ feedback.
Monitoring and supervision of operational activities.
Find out potential clients and pursue to generate sales.
Checking monthly attendance of the field forces
Posting adjustment of the field forces
Performing regular post visit
Motivation and counseling
Performance evaluation and promotion recommendation of field forces
Looking after welfare of field forces. (Leave/Grievance/ Loan recommendation etc)
