Job Description / Responsibility

Have to keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a pleasing personality.
Must be well groomed and disciplined.
Should be able to interact with high profile customers.
Act as a representative of the client and represent their interest at all times.
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
Explain products of services and prices and answer questions from customers.
Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards and lists purchased from other organizations.
