Position: HR Executive

Job Responsibilities: 

Assist to conduct the recruitment and selection process of the organization;
Preparation of contracts, documentation for appointment, promotion, transfer, separation, exit documents etc.;
Handle personnel records & files of employees with confidentiality;
Manage attendance, leaves, absenteeism and prepare daily and monthly attendance reports;
Conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, corporate etiquettes, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid etc.;
Manage employee welfare fund and its distribution;
Implement successfully PMS, training and development related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization;
Assist in carrying out overall HR Operations and practices throughout the Company;
