Educational Qualification:
  • Graduation/ Post Graduation from any reputed public or private university.

 

Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years’ of experience in Employee Relations, Admin or relevant field in FMCG.

Conversant with BD Labor Law and Labor Rules
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
Must have good command in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Eager to learn, and should have positive attitude

Sr. Officer - Employee Relations

Job Description:

Recruitment, induction and training of third-party workforce.
Update and maintain employee database.
Maintain attendance and leave database and ensure discipline.
Maintain payroll database and prepare monthly reports.
Plant Housekeeping and Landscaping
Solid Waste Management and Scrap Management
Canteen, general office and fleet management.
Monitoring Security personnel.
Maintain company assets with proper utilization.
Ensure payment of utility bills and government fees.
Purchase office grocery and other admin items.
Ensure timely distribution of employee welfare items (uniforms, calendar, umbrella, soaps)
Organize different events in the plant e.g. Safety Day, Quality Day, Environment Day etc.
Employee Relations, Grievance Handling and Disciplinary Actions.
Maintain liaison with govt. agencies in regards to legal licenses.
Update all licenses and agreement and ensure compliance at all time.
Liaison with neighbors, local leaders and public.
