  • He must be result oriented to bring effective solution even in an adverse situation by managing above mentioned stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and report writing skill to develop a selection criteria of Dealers/retailers;
  • Expert on MS office packages for any kind of feasibility analysis and prepare presentation for top management;
  • Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.

Job Description / Responsibility

Find out a new route on where TATA Saathi can operate;
Determine the potentiality of that new route (Cost-benefit analysis);
Analysis of external environment (Threat and opportunity from the local communities, administrations, Paribahan Samiti, local organization);
Selection of Dealers and Retailers for that potential route;
Develop a selection criteria for Dealers and Retailers (including legal issues);
Evaluate the performance of existing Dealers and Retailers (Ranking system);
Provide every kind of support to nourish the selected Dealers and Retailers;
Coordinate and communicate with concerned Sales Executives of TATA Saathi on the respective areas of Dealer Networks;
Daily Reporting to CBO on the findings and actions to implement the job for a successful outcome;
Organize mela/ demo/ road show if requires.
