Job Description / Responsibility
Greeting with clients in person and over phone;
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records;
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues;
Give remainder about service schedule to customers;
Coordinate with internal team as needed to meet customer needs;
Assisting maintenance technicians;
Resolving vehicle warranty issues;
Maintain and expand working knowledge of current solutions/products, as well as their integration and methods of delivery/deployment and ongoing support.
