Job Description / Responsibility

Lead on developing, writing, creating, and uploading content for our media work, report, events & other activities
Building relationship with the agencies & commissioning internal and external experts & bloggers with ensuring high quality content
Working alongside the agencies to develop and maintain our social media presence including on Twitter, Facebook, Linked In and YouTube
Build consumer relevant, digitally savvy online marketing strategy
Drive the development of digital marketing initiatives and long-term digital road map based on brand objectives
Initiate, plan and implement online and social media campaign
Manage corporate and business unit website, newsletters and other digital platforms
Continually track, measure and optimize the effectiveness of online efforts including website visits, Ad campaigns, search terms, social media metrics
Develop social media strategies that meet meet fan acquisition and retention goals and build strong, consistent consumer engagement & advocacy
Track best in class practices of each social media platform, bring those in house and suggest applications for improving consumer experience
manage outside vendors and coordinate with cross functional teams to support the development & maintenance of digital marketing initiatives
