  • Able to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision.
  • Independent, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented, target driven and able to work in a fluid and fast moving environment.

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Planning
Ensure availability and visibility through sales distribution
Coverage and channel and alternate RTM development
Distributor management
Team Management and Capacity building;
Ensure product quality
Relationship Management with key customers
Scheme management
