Executive, Training & Development

The incumbent will report to Senior Manager, HR and Administration. S/he will be primarily responsible to -

Design training programs based on organization’s and individual’s need
Conduct regular training programs
Visit regularly to different outlets to assess post-training impact & based on the visits will prepare reports
Provide on-the-job training to staffs at Meena Bazar outlets
Review and continually improve training programs to ensure it remains up to date
Maintain liaison with external training providers and facilitate external training programs to the staffs
Develop yearly training budget and training plan
