Head of Business Support Solutions

Major Responsibilities

Lead, plan, develop and execute Business Support Solutions strategy, objectives and solutions to achieve the business goal
Govern and manage outsourced partners to ensure smooth operation and zero defect delivery on time
Plan & build Business Support Solutions: Intelligent Network, Billing, PCRF, Service Fulfillment, Revenue Management, POS, Dealer Management, Commissioning Platforms, Loyalty and Campaign Management
Capacity planning as per relevant forecasts in line with product & business roadmaps
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to support new technologies and business needs
Manage requirements from different stakeholders to plan for development & launching needs of new products, service, features, promotions
Negotiate and prioritize initiatives through discussion with the management of Stakeholders and manage demands with supply of services
Lead preparation and establishment of budget & business plan in accordance with the plan to achieve Technology objectives
nonperformance or failure to upper level; Approve changes proposed by partners
Ensure professional liaison with existing, listed, and potential vendors
Negotiate with the vendors and business partners to ensure best solution at optimum price
Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge; Identify training requirements to develop subordinates
