Job Description / Responsibility

Providing standards, advice and guidance to line managers to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (job assessment) of employees within the set time frame.
Take care of disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal, etc.
Maintenance of employee's personal file on regular basis.
Counseling of de-motivated/ dissatisfied/outgoing employees, finding out the reasons responsible for and recommend management for appropriate steps for removal
Providing standards, advice and guidance to line managers to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (job assessment) of employees within the set time frame.
Take care of disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal, etc.
Prepare notes, draft office orders and memos in respect of day-to-day HR operations.
Preserve all personnel files of employees with confidentiality of Corporate Office & Factory as safe custodian and update the files from time to time accordingly.
Process the Recruitment of Factories and arrange the training accordingly. Update the recruitment status of Manpower.
Arrange all joining formalities of newly hired employees. Prepare employee appointment letter, transfer letter, promotion letter.
Manage attendance, leave, and absenteeism of the Head Office staff/Officers and prepare daily and monthly attendance accordingly. Update the attendance data base daily and report to the management.
Coordinate with the factory authority in grievance issues and take requisite action to resolve the issues in consultation with HOD.
Handle the employee welfare issues
Deal with Group insurance of workers/Officers
Prepare, organize & restructure organogram for all department
Ensure compliance of labor laws and DBG rules within the factory.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management
