Sr. Officer/ Asst. Manager (Admin, Compliance & HR), Factory


Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise, monitor and follow up attendance of personnel, safety and transport operations on daily basis.
Arrange necessary logistics for buyers' entertainment including food, refreshments, transportation etc.
Ensure & Implement factory Compliance specially on fire & safety aspect as per fire & civil defense regulations
Ensure periodic checking of fire-extinguishers fire hydrant box and take necessary measures for its operations
Initiate fire fighting program in consultation with Local fire & Civil defense for security personnel as well as worker's as to ensure minimum 20% of workers are trained with fire safety.
Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement,
Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports,
Monitor daily worker's safety issues about health & Safety, Fire Safety, Accident & rout case analysis,
Ensure renewal of all necessary factory related license/certificates/permits of factories
Handling Disciplinary & Grievance issues of the workers, employee relation issues as per labor law 2006 (amendment 2013) & labor rules 2015.
Responsible for labor/workers/security guard recruitment through internal & external source, security handling of the projects.
Resolve any untoward internal & external incident of the factories through proper channel
Perform any other job time to time as per instruction by the management.
