Job Description / Responsibility

To support all activities of A level Section (Class 11 & 12)
Check report cards, question papers, notes of A level section
Work closely with Exam Controller
Fill up the forms online when students apply to foreign universities as the Counsellor
To monitor teachers of the A Level Section
To ensure curriculum coverage in the teachers' absence & assign substitution
To liaise with parents as required
To maintain the school calendar by early planning of activities
To ensure smooth running of all schedules date
To monitor the lesson plan meetings regularly
To monitor the team meetings
Students' career counselling; prepare recommendation letters for Senior Section (Students of classes 9-12)
To create duty rosters for teachers (e.g. tiffin duty, gate duty etc) and monitor them
To check and monitor absent students in each class and take action on it. Check with class advisors, student's file, phone call, letters etc.
