Job Description / Responsibility
Dealing with legal issues like legal notice, affidavit, agreement/contract, drafting various legal letters etc.
Executing summons, warrant/auctions in collaboration with the lawyer and court officials.
Maintaining liaison with the enlisted legal firms, Courts, Sub-register etc.
Reviewing the current cases and advice management accordingly.
Liaison with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
Understanding, interpreting, and applying pertinent laws, rules, policies, procedures, and directions for the interest of the organization.
