Educational Qualification:
  • Masters in any discipline preferably MBA major in Human Resource Management


  • At least 10 years relevant experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical and large Enterprises in HR with minimum 2 years in similar position;


  • Maximum 45 years of age
  • Should be proactive, self motivated, dynamic, dedicated and a person of high integrity.
  • Excellent Report writing and verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English
  • Excellent Computer skill in MS Office Application suite

Job Detail:


SMC Enterprise Ltd, a large well-reputed organization involved in the sales, marketing and production of health and consumer products is looking for an experienced, matured and self driven Manager, Human Resources. The position will be based at the Head Office, Banani, Dhaka.



Initiate the process in developing various personnel policies and guidelines and monitor their compliance within the organization.
Review and recommend updating of existing policies, procedures in coordination with Divisional Heads.
Process all recruitment requests from various departments maintaining company policy.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, administrative policies and helping resolve work-related problems.
Maintain an effective performance management program and ensuring performance appraisals are complied objectively and on regular basis and meet company standards.
Oversee training needs to improve employee development.
Manage employee/labor management relation as well as industrial conflict and carry out formal consultation procedures on variety of issues as required by local labor law.
Assist in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases as per Bangladesh Labor Law and Company Policy, including acting as an arbitrator between the employee and line manager
