Job Detail:

Loyalty & Partnership Senior Manager

Major Responsibilities

Develop loyalty and retention strategy, plan roadmap with key activities, strategy development for Customer engagement initiatives & campaign management in alignment with organization objectives and establish Priyojon as a differentiation factor for Banglalink subscribers
Lead to propose communication plan and co-ordinate with the relevant team to ensure regular ATL/BTL communication for loyalty program & partnership programs and campaigns and ensure availability of communication materials to the channel members and customers touch points
Supervise to analyze the performance of loyalty partnership programs & campaigns and share the findings and recommendations to management as and when required and co-ordinate with IT, Technology and all other relevant team to ensure availability of point based loyalty program data to generate and publish loyalty program performance reports.
Develop ideas and guide team to identify new target base and propose eligibility criteria and registration modality & also new loyalty based service for expansion of registered loyalty customer & partners through loyalty & partnership programs
Drive to develop innovative offers/campaigns, loyalty programs, partnership programs and ensure implementation in coordination with the other business units
Review proposals from partnership agencies for new loyalty partners and evaluate the feasibility, market rapport and benefits to be gained from proposed partners.
Planning & Supervise to Implement strategies to manage lower churn among Banglalink customer base by increasing customer engagement through different loyalty, partnership program and reactivation campaign. Also identify segment specific needs of the customers and propose campaigns/programs to address them through loyalty programs.
Design and implement segment specific point based programs and campaigns to ensure customer engagement and maintain churn rate within budget and plan and implement segment specific partnership programs and campaigns for Mass market/Prepaid/Postpaid/High value customers along with Retailers’ benefits
